2. What grind options do you offer for coffee beans?

We grind to your brewing needs with six grind options: Whole Beans (for maximum freshness), Espresso (fine grind for espresso machines), Stovetop (for moka pots), V60 (medium grind for pour-overs), and French Press (coarse grind). This ensures you get the perfect extraction and flavour profile for your brewing method, whether you’re a home barista or office coffee enthusiast.

Our Harbour House Coffee always comes from Colombia. While we strive for consistency, coffee is a seasonal crop-so each year brings subtle difference in flavour. We buy green coffee regularly to ensure it’s as fresh as possible before roasting. But it will always be the same exceptional coffee we serve at Harbour Coffee and SAILBOX.
6. How should I store my coffee beans to keep them fresh?

To preserve the vibrant flavours of your freshly roasted Harbour Coffee beans, store them in an airtight container away from light, heat, moisture, and strong odours. A cool, dark cupboard is ideal (not the fridge or freezer) as moisture can damage the beans. We recommend buying whole beans and grinding them at home right before use. Ground coffee looses freshness very quickly. It noticeably loses it’s aroma and flavour within 15 minutes after grinding and after a day it’s considered stale and will taste more bitter than freshly ground.
